Ruby red with purple highlights in color, the wine shows intense and ample aromas of red fruit, chocolate, and mint. The palate is balanced, of good body with velvety tannins, and the finish and aftertaste recall the aromas first felt on the nose.
From one of the great recent Barolo vintages, the taste is dry, full, austere, and velvety. The scents are of a violet, rose and spices. It has a garnet red colour.

The manual harvest in early October is followed by vinification: forty-days of maceration at controlled temperature and the subsequent malolactic fermentation. The process is completed by a twenty-four months ageing in big oak barrels and a further twenty four months in bottle.
The colour is typically red garnet.
The aromas are complex and elegant, ranging from ripe red fruit and spices, until toasty and ‘tar’.
The flavour is gently tannic, austere, full and velvety.
This great bottle is ideal with important first courses, roasts, game and hard cheeses, but can also be a great sipping wine after dinner.
Serve at 20-22 °C.
Wine with a long ageing potential.
Pale pink with brilliant reflections and white rim. The bouquet is fairly bright, with sour cherry and wild strawberry fruit. On the palate it’s fairly rich with a moderate mineral acidity.
Bardolino is produced in the province of Verona to the east of Lake Garda. Chiaretto is the rosé version.
The blend of grapes here is similar to that of Valpolicella, typically including Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.
Straw yellow colour flecked with green; typical of the grape. Forward aromas of apple and citrus, especially grapefruit, are accompanied by subtle bitter notes of hawthorn, acacia and elderberry blossoms. Long and intense.
Considered one of the best white wines for fish, this wine will partner beautifully with either sea food or with poultry and rabbit. Best enjoyed 3-4 years from harvest.
Light, straw colour. Clean and intense in aroma. Dry to taste with a pleasant green apple aftertaste. A lively and easy to drink wine.
Light straw yellow colour with slight greenish hints. Broad, varietal, aromatic on the nose, with citric notes of grapefruit, yellow pepper, tomato leaf, sage and balsamic aromas. On the palate it is rich, fragrant and aromatic, with natural acidity and a persistent and pleasant slight bitter aftertaste.

The story of San Simone is linked to the territory. At Rondover, between Prata and Porcia, in the most western part of Doc Friuli Grave and central part of DOC Prosecco, the company San Simone is the result of winemaking tradition and culture of our family, which is engaged in the business of wine grower for four generations. We chose the name San Simone for our wines and wine cellar in the memory of our origins. The very first and historic headquarter was in fact situated in via San Simone, Prata, opposite the fourteenth century church devoted to San Simone, where our great-grandfather decided to began his activity which is now been converted into a family residence.
Many changes have taken place over time. But one thing which has not changed is our value system. Values: responsibility towards the reality in which we work, passion for work and transparency in our working system. These are the values which are timeless.
A classic Prosecco from the hills around Treviso in the Veneto region of north eastern Italy. Light straw in colour with a delicate fizz. Fresh watermelon and honeydew notes with a touch of apple on the gently off-dry palate which finishes clean. Delicious!
Deep ruby red colour. Elegant, complex aromas of ripe fruit. In the mouth, soft, rich flavours typical of the best Valpolicella, lengthening into a pleasantly bitterish finish.
