1 Bottle of Pydew, Conwy Vineyard, 2018
A blend of Ortega and Phoenix grape varieties, named after the beautiful ‘Pydew’ where our vineyard is situated. An off-dry still white wine with aromas of ripe pear and apples. On the palate it’s lime citrus with lychee.
1 Bottle of Solaris, Conwy Vineyard, 2018
A still white wine made from the Solaris grape. Restrained herbaceous, grassy aromas and a stony minerality give way to layers of green apple, peach and lime citrus. This wine is the perfect accompaniment to seafood dishes.
1 Bottle of Llaethliw White, 2018
A clear pale yellow colour, this wine looks like summer in a glass. On the nose it has fresh green apple aromas coupled with scents of gooseberry, stone fruits and meadow grass. This is followed up on the palate with refreshing flavours of crisp green apple and ripe nectarine.
1 Bottle of Bacchus, Tintern Parva, 2017
An aromatic wine with hints of elderflower. Fruity with herbaceous tones and nicely rounded mid palate. Good finish.
1 Bottle of Chardonnay, Ancre Hill Estates, 2018
