A pale yellow wine with lively, harmonious bubbles and a nose that opens with floral notes, developing after a few seconds in the glass into more fruity aromas dominated by white peach and green apple. Fruity with fine bubbles give this classic champagne its special character, light on its feet but very expressive with notes of baked bread, lemon peel, roasted nuts. The finish is long and delicious.

Situated in Pierry, a village in the “Cote des Blancs” and classified as Premier Cru in Champagne, the Mandois estate vineyard is 35 hectares, and represents 70% of the fruit for production. The vineyards are spread among 12 villages, and include parcels in the Cote des Blancs, the slopes of Epernay, and the region around Sezanne. Sourced grapes come form such prestigiuos villages and terroirs as Chouilly, Vertus, Pierry, and Epernay. Mandois’ vineyard is comprised of 70% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir.
The property was established in 1735 by Jean Mandois. The estate is led by Claude Mandois (born in 1961), representing the 9th generation since Jean. Claude Mandois is now in charge of following the constant policy of the house and of the continuity of the family philosophy. Independent, Mandois can continue to take the right decisions over the long run, ensure the continuity and the consistency of the style and the quality of its wines. Familia Schroeder – Rosa de los Vientos Rosé Nature, NV
Boutique winery producing top fizz. Vibrant pink colour with tiny persistent bubbles. Delicate ripe red fruits and complex yeasts aromas. Dry, fruity, fresh, with good body and persistent aftertaste.
The wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Moscatel. Small, freshly-picked, intensely flavored Patagonian strawberries (from the foot of the Andes) are added to the wine. The result is a fruity, fresh and delicious all natural sparkling wine.The color and appearance is deep, luscious, and salmon pink with strawberry pulp floating in the wine.
Prosecco Bianco/Nero Spumante DOC Extra Dry
A classic light and fun Prosecco from the hills around Treviso in the Veneto region of north eastern Italy. Light, pale straw coloured with a delicate fizz. Fresh water-melon and honey dew notes with a touch of apple on the gently off-dry palate which finishes clean. Delicious. It has a well structured and balanced body without sacrificing any of the classic delicacy of Prosecco.
Ramos Pinto – Adriano Reserva, White Port, NV
Amber yellow colour, the nose is fine, intense and quite complex, blending tropical aromas with crystallized orange, plus hints of balsam and spices. The palate is full bodied but elegant, well balanced with a long lasting finish.

Ramos Pinto. History.
Founded in 1880 by brothers Adriano and Antonio, this Port house has always had a pioneering spirit. In the early 20th century it became noted for its innovative and enterprising commercial strategies including the distinctive art nouveau advertising campaign.
Among Port producers, Ramos Pinto enjoys the distinction of holding the largest proportion of vineyards in relation to its production, giving them a high degree of control over viticultural methods at harvest time. The House tends 187 hectares (460 acres) of prime vineyards in the Alto Corgo and Douro Superior areas of the famed Douro region, the mountainous valleys formed by the Douro River and its tributaries.
All situated in the areas of the Cima-Corgo and the Douro Superior, the four quintas or estates that make up Ramos Pinto’s holdings are:
Quinta do Bom Retiro: in Pinhão, planted exclusively with red varieties.
Quinta da Urtiga: adjacent to Bom Retiro.
Quinta da Ervamoira: in the far upper Douro, by the Côa river near the Spanish border. Here the grapes grow in dry semi-desert conditions.
Quinta dos Bons Ares: a cooler site with some of the highest vineyards in the Douro. Both red and white varieties ripen here with great natural acidity and fresh flavours.
The award-winning 10, 20 and 30 year old Tawnies are produced at Quinta da Ervamoira and Bom Retiro respectively.
