Fruity with fine bubbles give this classic champagne its special character, light on its feet but very expressive with notes of baked bread, lemon peel, roasted nuts. The finish is long and delicious.

“Mandois seems to go for a creamy style. With its NV cuvée, this works well, the touch of richness and toast balancing attractively with the soft, mouth-filling texture. The wine shows some bottle age, giving a delicious, yeasty aftertaste.” 12/1/2008
