Viader Vintners delivers to all mainland UK addresses. Our delivery charge is £8.95*, which is waived on orders over £150 and local deliveries**.
Orders placed before 12pm are usually delivered the next working day***. Please allow another working day for delivery on orders placed after 12pm.
Deliveries are made between 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. A signature is required on receipt of goods. If you choose to add an ‘if out’ delivery instruction during the check-out process, goods will be left as instructed at your own risk.
In the event you are not in at the time of delivery the courier will re-attempt delivery the next working day. Failing an attempted delivery the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to re-arrange a delivery or organise a collection.

How Can I apply Free Delivery to my order total?
If you spend over £150 your shipping fee will automatically be adjusted to £0.00.
If you live locally and have a qualifying postcode for free delivery (CF64, CF5, CF15, CF14, CF23, CF3, CF24, CF11 and CF10) enter your full postcode at the checkout stage when asked to Calculate Shipping.

Please specify an order is a gift in your order notes at the checkout stage, this will ensure we do not include an invoice in the box. Also, adding a delivery instruction and a daytime contact telephone number will help ensure the courier successfully delivers on their first attempt.
I want my order to be delivered at a later date, how can I arrange this?
Please specify your required delivery date in you order notes at the checkout stage. Deliveries can only be made Monday-Friday.
